COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS

For Resorts, Rental Portfolios, Marinas, Construction Companies, and More

Request Commerical Pricing

If you manage a resort, rental portfolio, marina, or construction company, you already know what happens to wood against the elements.

Maintenance Cycles That Never End

Most commercial wood stains fail within 2 to 3 seasons. That means annual reapplication across thousands of square feet of decking, siding, fencing, docks, and walkways. The disruption to guests, tenants, and operations is bad enough without factoring in labor costs. And every time you reapply, you're starting over: stripping, sanding, pressure washing, priming, recoating. It never ends.

Liability & Compliance

Ski resorts, lakefront properties, and vacation rentals operate under environmental regulations. Toxic stains near waterways, guest areas, or wildlife corridors create compliance risks. One regulatory violation costs more than years of stains. And increasingly, guests and tenants are asking questions about what chemicals are on the surfaces their families touch.

Budgeting for Reapplication

Most commercial operations settle for commodity stains because they don't know a commercial-grade natural alternative exists. They budget for failure, planning around reapplication costs while replacing what breaks instead of investing in what’s going to last. That's not a maintenance strategy; that's a treadmill.

Weather Boss is a Natural Wood Stain and Sealer Company.

35+ Years in Business · Used in 35 Countries & 50 States

We make eco-friendly and durable stains that work with nature and protect wood from it. No petroleum solvents. No heavy metals. No toxic ingredients.

Weather Boss for Commercial Properties

Our formulas are built from natural tree-based oils and resins. They penetrate wood fibers and bond permanently instead of forming a surface film that cracks, peels, and flakes.

Our 3-Coat Application System

Every Weather Boss project follows the same proven application process. This consistency makes it easy to train crews, scope labor, and set expectations for commercial jobs. This is a permanent solution for easy maintenance and asset protection.
Surface Preparation

Pressure wash at a minimum of 2,800 PSI. Remove dirt, algae, mildew, and loose material. Allow wood to dry. Weather Boss can be applied to slightly damp (not wet) surfaces.

Two Color Coats

Apply by brush, roller, or sprayer. Allow approximately 30 minutes between coats or until the surface is nearly dry. Applying the second coat while the first is still slightly damp drives the stain deeper.

Clear Sealer Coat

Finish with one coat of Weather Boss Clear Sealer for optimum protection. This final coat maximizes longevity and can be reapplied as a standalone maintenance coat in future years.

Why Do We Use multiple coats?

Multiple coats allow each application to absorb into the wood grain and form a permanent bond. Additional coats fill and bond with the grain structure more than last. This style is more user friendly than the Norwegian method of " Tarring" the centuries old Stave churches that have original pine shingled roofs and siding over 1,000 years old, by brushing on Tar, made from tree sap oils.

OUR CUSTOMERS

JOHN BAKEROwner, Baker Construction, Inc.

“As a building contractor, I had the unique opportunity to see Weather-Boss™ Products in action before, during and after applications. Its versatility, ease of application and wather clean-up, clearly set these products ahead of other available wood staining products on the market today.”

WARREN MOYEROwner Sierra West Timber Homes, Grass Valley, CA

“I am a consultant/designer. Over the years I have used and researched finishes for my many clients around the world. I had found several that were only okay. Then I found "Weather-Boss". They explained their product so well, that I had to try it on my own home. I found that they were correct and the product outlasted everyone else's 2 or 3 to 1.”

JOHN HOUKAsst. Camp Supervisor, Silver Springs Camp, Nevada Division of Forestry

“We have been using Weather Boss™ at the Nevada Division of Forestry at Silver Springs for three years. We have done our own comparisons with other products to see how Weather Boss™ performs. In side-by-side tests, it has held up for three years while the other products showed deterioration after one summer of exposure.”
